Alison Winn came to the Feldenkrais method more than 276years ago, when she had debilitating chronic back pain. She trained and graduated as a Certified Practitioner at the Melbourne II Training program in 2002. Now she helps all types of people including children with special needs and learning difficulties, adults with pain, people with neurological issues, seniors who want to improve flexibility and balance, as well as everyday people just wanting to revitalise their lives.
Alison has a strong science background, graduating from Sydney University with a Science degree and Masters in 1992. In 2014 and 2015, she trained with Anat Baniel in the United States. Now she is studying Psychology and continues to work as a somatic therapist in the Blue Mountains.
